Welcome, Pioneer!

Need 0.01 Pi to move your lockups? We've got you covered.

How It Works

Good Samaritan is a free Pi Network faucet that helps pioneers unlock lockups when their wallet balance is too low to cover the required transaction fee.

  1. 1

    Log in with Pi Network

Open Good Samaritan in Pi Browser and authenticate with your Pi account.

  2. 2

    Confirm your wallet

We use the wallet from your Pi login when available. If not, paste your full address (56 characters, starts with G).

  3. 3

    Receive 0.01 Pi

If eligible, 0.01 Pi is sent to your wallet so you can complete your lockup movement.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do I need 0.01 Pi to move my lockups?
Pi Network requires a small amount of Pi in your wallet to cover transaction fees when moving or unlocking lockups. If your balance is too low, the transfer cannot complete. Good Samaritan sends exactly 0.01 Pi so you can finish that movement.
How does Good Samaritan work?
Open the app in Pi Browser and log in with your Pi Network account. When available, we use the wallet from your Pi login automatically; otherwise you can paste your wallet address. We verify eligibility and send 0.01 Pi if you qualify.
Who is eligible to claim?
You must log in with a valid Pi account using Pi Browser. Your wallet address must be valid and eligible under our fair-use rules. Each Pi account and each wallet can claim once, ever.
Do I need Pi Browser to use this app?
Yes. Pi authentication and payments require the Pi Browser. If login times out, open this page inside Pi Browser and try again.
Is Good Samaritan free?
Yes. The 0.01 Pi transfer is free for eligible pioneers. Donations are optional and help keep the service running for others.
How is the service funded?
Good Samaritan is supported by optional Pi donations from pioneers who have been helped. Donations help cover faucet costs and keep the service available.
What if my transfer fails?
The Pi blockchain can be busy at times. If a transfer fails, wait a moment and try again in Pi Browser.
